Dr. Dudley Sargent from Harvard College examines Joseph Knowles.
In 1913, Knowles walked into the wilderness naked and without gear.
He emerged two months later and told his story in a book.

Dr. Gustaf Zander (Sometimes also spelled Gustav)

Plenty of Google links to Zander have appeared in recent years.

I've been using inversion boots since your presentation in Long Beach a few years ago.
I would like to meet Dr. Robert Martin.  Does he still live in California?

Dr. Martin passed away
several years ago

He is on top

Dr. Martin was truly
a master teacher
of off-the-ground
restorative arts.

Dr. Thomas -- I'm currently serving in Iraq.
North Korea is a serious military threat, so last month's newsletter about the Korean DMZ
so many years ago was very interesting.
Would you say your tour in Korea helped you get more or less fit?

Thank you and the other military personnel who are serving with honor today.
The first six months on the DMZ were unhealthy.  C-rations weighed us down, so many grunts carried less food.
Mountainous terrain.  Patrolled all day looking for a fight.  Night ambushes.
Giant speakers in the North blasted surreal and creepy propaganda 24/7.

Our sector was sprayed with Agent Orange.
DOD still pretends it didn't happen.
Monsoon rains kept us wet for around a month.
Rain gear shined, so we only had fatigues.
No public support for our mission.  Little communication with the USA.
Lost around thirty pounds.
Rotated south for last six months.  Ran a brigade gymnasium.
Great martial arts training.  Time to rebuild.
