I remember the last war by Bob Hoffman.  1940. Bob Hoffman's recollections of combat in WWI.  Will help you understand the origins and significance of Strength and Health Magazine prior to and during WWII.
Cum gravity - Living with gravity by R. Manatt Martin.  1975. Dr. Martin's work is unknown to most, so this book is still quite inexpensive. 
Fundamentals of body mechanics & conditioning by Mabel Lee.  1949. Classic wisdom by a brilliant physical educator.
The thinking body by Mabel Todd.  1937. Your collection is incomplete without this one.
The new physical education by Wood and Cassidy. 1927 Great insights into why we are so uniformed about the fitness component of physical education.
