Dr. Waseem Bashir is a clinical fellow in radiology and diagnostic imaging at the University of Alberta Hospital in Canada. At this year's annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America, he presented further evidence that a 90 degree hip angle in sitting is inefficient and unhealthy.  He confirms previous research that indicates around 130-135 degrees is the ideal.
