Anta's Fitness and Self Defense has three locations in the Miami, Doral area.
Julio Anta and his team combine martial arts and physical fitness for students off ages.  Character development is also an integral part of the program.
This month the IHPRA salutes Julio Anta and his school.

Dr. Ed Thomas recently joined the Graceland University Board of Trustees
to discuss the feasibility of an online fitness leadership degree
designed for military and first responders.  
The BOT approved a budget for this program.  
Only a few more steps remain.

the Army National Guard Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
to meet with the physical readiness team.  
They have a great facility and exemplary programs.

for the United Campuses of the Des Moines Area Community Colleges
Wellness Inservice.  Hats off to the 600+ DMACC employess who attended,
