The Sioux City elementary physical educators recently got together for a morning to focus on physical fitness for K-6 students.  Topics included body mechanics, general motor skills and stress reduction techniques for children.  The Sioux City team also worked on med ball and dumbbell drills.  Sioux City is fortunate to have motivated and dedicated physical education teachers.  Thanks to Dan Pomerenke and the whole K-12 Sioux City team.
