The Melancholy Body

In our December 2001 Newsletter, we noted the high failure rates for physical fitness reported by the California Department of Education.  California educators are continuing to build a case for quality physical education programs with a new study that links fitness to academic success.  Take a look.

In previous newsletters, we have noted the importance of good body management in daily life.  It's not like the experts aren't trying to educate us.  Here's another.
