The Indian club certification Dr. Ed Thomas did last month was only for Dragon Door instructors.
Will he be doing any for the general public?

Dragon Door's Indian club certification is taught by Brett Jones and Gray Cook.
They have also produced a club swinging book and instructional video.
Dr. Thomas has assisted them, but he rarely presents for the general public.

In return for support that Perform Better provides to his efforts in Iowa,
Dr. Thomas presents once a year at one of their 3-day Summits.
He will be in Chicago next month

The 1968 photo above appeared in the Chicago Sun-Times w/the following description:

ROOM FOR ONE MORE- - -Although there are nine men in this photograph showing the new exercise machine at
The University of Illinois, a 10th man could easily "muscle in."
The machine has 10 stations at which the men can, at the same time, exercise different parts of their bodies.
The new machine was installed in the University's Bartlett Gymnasium this summer and is now ready for students and faculty to give it a thorough workout.

Take a look at the Strength and Health articles newsletter 98.
York Barbell would regularly feature college/university programs that built weight lifting programs.
The 1950 cartoon above illustrates the public disdain for off-the-ground training.

How did club swinging get so popular and then disappear?

Numerous factors contributed, and we can expect the same thing to happen as club swinging becomes mainstream again.
It is a complex art with profound cultural implications.
Once reduced to less, it will lose its value.

Where is the World War Two physical training test webpage on site?
