NEW: Pair suspended from school for stabbing 32 classmates with needle

Two students were suspended from a middle school in the Northeast Independent
School District after attacking over 30 students with a sewing needle during a
physical education class last week.
Officials said the incident happened March 22 at Jackson Middle School, where
32 students were stabbed with the needle. Authorities said the two students have been identified and suspended, and
that possible assault and bodily injury charges could be filed, but the
investigation is ongoing.
