Twenty-four members of the Iowa Army National Guard recently became Physical Readiness Training Leaders after successfully completing the IARNG's first PRTL Course held at Camp Dodge, Iowa on 14-17 January 2002.  Soldiers spent ten hours a day studying physical training principles and techniques that can apply to youth as well as adults.

Across the State of Iowa, Guard personnel and high school physical educators are joining forces to impact on the health and physical readiness of our youth.  The IARNG PRTL course is designed to prepare leaders for unit PRT leadership and youth programs.
